This mural is on a wall in a families kitchen/diner and features details such as lovebirds on the windowsill, butterflies,
a lizard and the couples two young children waliking on the beach.
The family requested a beach scene and had a rough idea of what they wanted. It was my suggestion to have the illusion of an archway leading out onto a veranda with a window above the [real] radiator to widen the view.
There was originally a set of plug sockets right in the middle of the wall (as well as the ones near the skirting) but these were removed and plastered over before I started my painting.
It took 6 days to complete this mural and the clients were very happy with the results.
